Join us for a fun filled week where participants will learn the fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool-down techniques as well as field events. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events. Participants also learn positive life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship.

Participants should bring a water bottle, two snacks, sunscreen and wear appropriate athletic attire. Every child receives an award certificate and Skyhawks t-shirt.
